Po wyborze oraz uzgodnieniu jachtu i terminu czarteru otrzymacie Państwo dwa egzemplarze umowy precyzujące warunki czarteru i płatności.
Ostatecznym potwierdzeniem zawarcia umowy oraz rezerwacji czarteru jest otrzymanie przez nas podpisanego jednego egzemplarza umowy oraz zaksięgowanie na koncie przedpłaty (do 40% wartości czarteru).

Warunki rezygnacji:

do 60 dni przed rozpoczęciem czarteru - potrąca się opłatę manipulacyjną w wysokości 50% wniesionych wpłat
mniej niż 60 dni przed rozpoczęciem czarteru - potrąca się wpłaconą zaliczkę
klientom, którzy nie mogą odbyć ustalonego czarteru z przyczyn losowych, umożliwiamy wykorzystanie opłaconego czarteru w innym terminie po uprzednim uzgodnieniu.

Once you have selected and agreed on the yacht and charter dates, you will receive two copies of the contract setting out the terms of the charter and payment.

The final confirmation of the contract and charter booking is when we receive one signed copy of the contract and the prepayment (up to 40% of the charter value) has been credited to our account.

Cancellation policy:

up to 60 days before the start of the charter – a handling fee of 50% of the payments made will be deducted
less than 60 days before the start of the charter – the deposit paid will be deducted
For customers who are unable to go on the agreed charter due to unforeseen circumstances, we allow the paid charter to be used on a different date, subject to prior agreement
